The new Navigate Files in Folder command (CmdNavigateFilesInFolder, in the Ctrl + K command palette) opens a floating window that lists the current document’s folder: subfolders and the files SumatraPDF can open, with their sizes. Enter or double-click opens a file or folder, .. or Backspace goes up a level, and Esc closes the window.
Read Aloud playback speed
Read Aloud can now play at 0.5x to 3x speed. Choose the speed in the new Speed submenu (in the Read Aloud menu, the toolbar drop-down and the right-click menu), or click the speed button on the playback bar to step through presets (right-click steps back). The speed is saved in the ReadAloudSpeed advanced setting.
Faster, safer next/previous file in folder
Opening the next or previous file in the folder now loads in the background. Files that fail to open are skipped automatically, and a notification says when there are no more files. If the current document has unsaved annotations, you’re asked to save them first.
