Comic book archives (.cbz, .cbr) that include a ComicInfo.xml file with page bookmarks now show those bookmarks as the table of contents in the Bookmarks sidebar, instead of one entry per image file name (#1201).

When you open a Markdown (.md, .markdown) file, the Bookmarks sidebar now lists all the Markdown files in the same folder, so you can move between related documents. Markdown files are also offered in the File → Open dialog filter, and relative links between .md files work.

JPEG XL (.jxl), BMP, JPEG XR (.jxr, .hdp, .wdp) and SVG files can now be opened with SumatraPDF from Explorer’s “Open With” menu, and the File → Open “Images” filter includes .jxl, JPEG 2000 variants, JPEG XR, .jfif and .heif.
