Changing settings in the command palette keeps it open

After you change a setting in the command palette’s = mode, the palette stays open and lists the settings again, so you can change several in a row. Esc while entering a value goes back to the list.

The More settings pane of the Windows 11 print dialog has a Page scaling drop-down: shrink to printable area, fit to printable area, stretch to fill paper, or actual size. It starts at the PrinterDefaults.PrintScale setting.

Table of contents from headings is opt-in

Filling Bookmarks from numbered headings for a PDF without an outline no longer happens automatically: badly OCRed text made it slow and the result useless. Use Generate Table Of Contents (CmdAutoGenerateTOC, command palette) when you want it, or set AutoGenerateTOC = true to do it whenever a PDF opens (#6227).
