Convert PDF to Images… (CmdConvertPdfToImages) saves PDF pages as PNG, JPEG, BMP or GIF files at a resolution you choose (150 DPI by default). The dialog has a destination path template (<N> is the page number), a format drop-down, and a choice of the current page, all pages, or a custom range such as 1,3-5 (#5991).
