The Read Aloud playback bar has a compact speed slider, with the current rate shown next to it, instead of a button you click to cycle through speeds. Speeds go from 0.5x to 3.5x (#6107).

The Read Aloud Voice list shows classic SAPI voices as well as the Windows OneCore voices. Third-party voices installed through adapters such as NaturalVoiceSAPIAdapter now show up too (#6105).

The floating Annotations list opens next to the main window on whichever side has more room. When the main window is maximized or fullscreen, the list sits on the right edge of the screen. If you move it, SumatraPDF keeps it there until you close the program.

For signed PDFs, Document Properties lists the certificates of timestamp authorities (RFC 3161 timestamps inside signatures) and treats document timestamp fields as signed instead of unsigned (#5581).
