With ContinuousScrollFollowsRotation = true (off by default), continuous view stacks the pages along the rotated page: after Rotate Right the next page is to the left, after Rotate Left to the right, and after a half turn above. The mouse wheel and Page Up / Page Down follow that direction. Off, the next page stays below, which is what sideways scans and charts want (#6337).

The redesigned dialogs no longer draw a line above their buttons. A filled dialog button, which is black in light themes, now turns visibly lighter when the mouse is over it.
