Copy files opened from temporary folders

A document opened from a temporary folder (an Outlook attachment, a file in %TEMP%, a browser cache) shows a notification offering to copy it to a permanent folder. Copy Temporary File to Permanent Folder (CmdCopyTemporaryFileToNonTemporary) copies it to TemporaryFileDestDir (asked for the first time) under its own name, adding .1, .2 on a conflict and reusing an identical file, and re-opens it from there with its history. With TemporaryFileAutoMove (on by default) later temporary files are copied there as they open. Closing the notification sets TemporaryFileShowNotification = false (#6437).

EPUB footnotes in a popup

EPUB footnotes (epub:type="footnote") move to the end of their chapter instead of interrupting the text, and clicking a footnote marker shows the note in a popup, even with the citation hover preview turned off (#6431).

Syntax-colored code blocks in Markdown

In the Markdown browser view, fenced code blocks that name a language (python `, `powershell, …) are syntax colored and labeled with the language, and every code block has a copy button that shows on hover. The colors follow the light or dark page (#6433).

Thumbnails sidebar for documents without bookmarks

With ShowThumbnailsIfNoToc = true (off by default), a document that has no bookmarks and more than one page opens with page thumbnails in the sidebar. Documents with bookmarks still open with the Bookmarks sidebar (#6407).

Convert PDF to Images doesn't overwrite files

Convert PDF to Images no longer overwrites files without asking: the default name skips names that are taken (book-<N>.1.png), and a name that would overwrite files turns the button into Overwrite, next to Use New Names (#6439).

Scroll a zoomed citation preview sideways

When the citation hover preview is zoomed in, Shift + wheel or a horizontal wheel scrolls it sideways, and Ctrl + wheel zooms around the mouse cursor (#6429).

Crash minidumps are kept

Each crash minidump gets a unique name, so a crash no longer overwrites the previous one, and dumps are saved even when a policy denies internet access (they are then not uploaded, so you can attach them to an issue). Debug: Show Crash Minidumps (CmdDebugShowCrashMiniDumps) opens the folders that hold them.
